Turkey Sausage

Turkey Sausage, Italian

1 pound extra-lean ground turkey
2 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
2 teaspoon ground paprika
1 ½ teaspoon whole fennel seeds
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon salt

Combine all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for several hours for all the flavors to blend.
