Turkey Burgers

Turkey Cheddar Burgers

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup low-fat shredded cheddar
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp parsley
1 tbs dried chives or 2 of fresh chopped
1 tsp dried onion
1 tsp garlic powder

Dash of salt, pepper, paprika

Form loosely packed burgers.
Spray a non stick pan with cooking spray.
Heat pan on high add burgers to hot pan reduce heat to medium cover pan (keeps everything moist)
Cook 3-4 minutes on each side turning as little as possible.
